Regional Survey

A K&H customer wanted to know how its regional market felt about service offerings provided in the past and also wanted to gather input related to services desired by regional residents. K&H prepared a database targeted at the region, printed survey materials, and then assembled and mailed the survey. Using the Harcus Systemtm, the respondents were able to send their responses to K&H by mail, facsimile, or on the Internet. K&H captured all of the survey results and provided the customer with an updated database and a summary of survey results.

Student Assessment

A K&H customer provides training curriculum to industry and wants a more efficient manner in which to intake and summarize the results of training. In addition, they want to provide the student (and student’s manager) with quick feedback whether the course is taken in a group or self study environment. Using the Harcus Systemtm, K&H completion, and provides a summary of individual and company wide results to management.

Sales & Marketing Support

A K&H customer requested that sales and marketing materials be provided directly to business development staff on an as-needed basis. Using a customized version of the Harcus Systemtm, customer staff members can choose from a menu of print-on-demand and inventoried items, electronically ordering just the specific item(s) and quantity needed for the presentation they are planning. The materials are then delivered to them directly or to the field location (audience site) at which they will be needed. Through the same system, customer corporate offices can access near line information for a summary of activity/inventory levels as needed to monitor branch and individual activities.
